The core of Reiki

When practicing Reiki, I remember the 3 golden rules: calmness (tried not to throw your anger to others), gratitude and compassion.

It is easy to be triggered by my inner shadows when projections of particular fears turn out. Meditation and practice with Reiki could embrace my shadows
